Our Responsibilities Regarding Electronic Information
Willow Ridge Recovery implements administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect electronic health information, including secure systems, access controls, and staff training. While we take reasonable precautions, no electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Website & Online Communications
Information submitted through our website contact forms, phone calls, or emails is treated as confidential to the extent required by law. However, website communications should not be used for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 immediately.
